The classic manual gearbox is becoming increasingly rare. This makes it all the more special to be able to offer a model in almost new condition that embodies exactly what the Porsche 911 has stood for for generations: direct, unadulterated and exhilarating driving pleasure.

With the 911 Carrera T, Porsche is continuing a tradition that has embodied a very special philosophy for over 55 years. The „T“ stands for Touring – and thus for a particularly purist approach to the 911. Fewer distractions, more driving pleasure and a consistent focus on the essentials.

Our 911 is already the latest facelift model in the 992.2 series. The 3.0-litre six-cylinder boxer engine delivers 394 PS and combines superb performance with the precision that makes a 911 so special. Combined with the 6-speed sports manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive, the result is a driving experience in which the driver truly feels part of the action.

And that is precisely what makes this Carrera T so special: it’s not about getting from A to B as quickly as possible. It’s about the journey itself. It’s about the perfectly timed gear change, the direct feedback from the steering and the feeling of an immediate connection between the car and the road.

PASM sports suspension, rear-axle steering, Porsche Torque Vectoring and Sport Chrono ensure a precise and agile driving experience. The Carrera T doesn’t feel excessively uncompromising, but rather exactly as a modern 911 for winding roads should be: direct, nimble and incredibly well-balanced.

Visually, our Carrera T is finished in Ice Grey Metallic and is complemented by numerous details in Vanadium Grey. The high-gloss 20-inch and 21-inch Carrera S wheels, the „911 Carrera T“ lettering on the side and the Exclusive Design rear lights give the car a distinctly elegant yet sporty appearance.

It looks particularly striking when combined with the Carrera T interior package in Gentian Blue. The GT sports steering wheel in Race-Tex, the Race-Tex sun visors and the Sports Seats Plus create an interior that makes it clear that this 911 is not just another Carrera.

An electric sliding/lifting roof, HD Matrix LED headlights, lightweight glazing including privacy glass, BOSE Surround Sound and ParkAssistent with 360-degree Surround View combine everyday practicality with the emotional appeal of this Carrera T.

Our verdict: For us, this Porsche 911 Carrera T is one of those 911s where all the ingredients just come together perfectly. A manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, a sporty chassis set-up and an exceptionally harmonious colour scheme of Ice Grey, Vanadium Grey and Gentian Blue. A modern 911 that has retained its very own, purist soul.
